AI Auto Reply

    This feature is used to provide automated replies through AI.

    Here you have to fill the API Key and KB Id (optional).

    Tick on the Is Active checkbox to activate it.

    Click on the Save Changes button. Your changes will be successfully saved.

    If you want to delete it, click on the Delete button.

    An alert will show: "Are you sure you want to delete these settings?"

  7. 7

    If you are unsure, click Cancel It!. If you are certain, click Okay.
