Follow these steps to access the CRM Settings page and manage all key configuration options of your CRM system.
Navigating to the CRM Settings Page
- 1. Open your CRM application.
- 2. Go to the Dashboard.
- 3. Click on the Settings option in the dashboard menu.
- 4. From the options listed under CRM Settings, you can configure the following:
- API-KEY & Webhook URL: Manage API keys and set up webhook integrations for external applications.
- Custom Questions Setting: Add or modify custom questions used in lead forms or surveys.
- Company Setting: Update your company profile, contact details, and branding information.
- Business WhatsApp Setting: Configure WhatsApp business integration for automated messaging.
- Product Measuring Units: Define and manage measurement units for your products.
- Lead From Default Questions: Set default questions for lead forms to standardize data collection.
- Display Setting: Choose how certain fields and sections are displayed in the CRM interface.
- Change Password: Update your account password for better security.
