How to reach and use the Lead Rules section in your CRM.

Navigating

  1. 1. Open your CRM application.
  2. 2. Go to the Dashboard.
  3. 3. Select the Lead option from the dashboard menu.
  4. 4. From the menu, select the Lead Rules option.
  5. 5. Your Lead Rules page will open. Here you will see two rules:
    • Add Mail/Message Send Rule
    • Add Lead Automation Rule

Review your existing rules before creating new ones to avoid duplication and ensure smooth automation.
