How to reach and use the Lead Rules section in your CRM.
Navigating
- 1. Open your CRM application.
- 2. Go to the Dashboard.
- 3. Select the Lead option from the dashboard menu.
- 4. From the menu, select the Lead Rules option.
- 5. Your Lead Rules page will open. Here you will see two rules:
- Add Mail/Message Send Rule
- Add Lead Automation Rule

Review your existing rules before creating new ones to avoid duplication and ensure smooth automation.
