Property View Report
To access this feature, open your CRM Dashboard and click on Properties. From the dropdown menu, select Property View Report to open the Property View page.
Property View Report Instructions

Step 1
A detailed Property Availability Report will be displayed. This report categorizes properties into four key statuses:
- Not Available – Properties currently not open for sale.
- Available – Properties that are open and ready for booking.
- Booked – Properties already reserved by buyers.
- Sold Out – Properties that are fully sold.

Step 2
A color-coded summary highlights the property count under each category for quick insights.

Step 3
The note at the bottom indicates that this report is designed specifically for Under-Construction Properties and does not apply to Ready-to-Sale Units.
