WA Message Report
To access this feature, open your CRM Dashboard and click on Business WhatsApp. From the dropdown menu, select WA Message Report to open the WhatsApp Report page.

Troubleshoot:
When sending templates via Business WhatsApp API, there are instances where the message fails to deliver.
Our Solution:
In the WhatsApp Message Report section, you can access detailed information regarding each template in the sequence. This allows you to quickly check whether the template has failed. If a template has failed, simply click on the error code field associated with that message. A pop-up will appear, displaying the error. By clicking on the error in the pop-up, you will be redirected directly to the Meta error code page, where you can find specific reasons for the failure of the message.
