Lead RecycleBin
To access this feature, open your CRM Dashboard and click on Lead. From the dropdown menu, select Lead RecycleBin to open the Lead RecycleBin page.
Restore Leads Instructions

Step 1
When you open the Lead RecycleBin page, you will see the list of deleted leads along with two options: Restore Checked Leads and Restore All (No.) Leads.

Step 2
To restore specific leads, select the checkbox for each lead you want to recover and click Restore Checked Leads. Only the selected leads will be restored.

Step 3
To restore all deleted leads at once, click Restore All (No.) Leads. This will restore every lead currently listed in the RecycleBin.

Step 4
After restoring, the selected leads will be moved back to the main Lead list and will no longer appear in the RecycleBin.
