Location History

To access this feature, open your CRM Dashboard and click on Live Tracking. From the dropdown menu, select Location History to open the Location History Track page.

Location History Instructions

  • Step 1

    Go to the Location History section under the Live Tracking option.

  • Step 2

    Select the User from the dropdown menu whose history you want to check.

  • Step 3

    Choose the Date for which you want to see the travel history.

  • Step 4

    Click the Search button.

  • Step 5

    You will see the travel path on the map along with the total Distance Covered (in KM).

Always remind users to keep their GPS and internet enabled during working hours. This ensures that their location history, routes, and distance are tracked accurately in CRM.
