Email History

To access this feature, open your CRM Dashboard and click on Email & SMS. From the dropdown menu, select Email History to open the Email History page.

Email History Instructions

  • Step 1

    Go to the Email History section under the Email & SMS option.

  • Step 2

    You will see a list of all previously sent emails with their details.

  • Step 3

    Use the search or filter options to quickly find specific emails.

  • Step 4

    Check the status (Sent, Delivered, Failed) to track communication flow.
