How to reach and use the Lead section in your CRM.
Navigate
- 1. Open your CRM application.
- 2. Go to the Dashboard.
- 3. Click on the Lead option in the dashboard menu.
- 4. Select the Lead Status option.
- 5. Your Lead Status page will open.
- 6. From here, you can easily Add New Status, Edit existing statuses, or Delete them.

Regularly review the Lead Status options to ensure they match your sales process. Clear and updated statuses make it easier for your team to track progress at a glance.
