Click on the Edit button for the lead you want to update.

A form will open showing the current details of the lead.

Update any fields you wish to change — such as name, email, phone number, or other lead information.

Review all your changes to ensure the information is correct.

Scroll to the bottom of the form and click the Update button.

Your lead’s information will be successfully updated in the system.

Click on the Send Business WhatsApp Template button.

A pop-up will open where you can select the Message Type according to your need.

Based on the selected message type, a form will open.

Fill in all the required information in the form.

Select the Phone No. where you want to send the message.

Click on the Send button.

Your message will be sent successfully.

Click on the Send WhatsApp Web Template button.

A pop-up will open titled Send WhatsApp Template.

Choose the Template Type according to your requirement.

Select the Template you want to send.

Choose the Phone Number to which you want to send the message.

Click on the Send button.

Your message will be sent successfully.
